State your name and start date. Set a goal for 30 days and give yourself grace and flexibility to fulfill your 30 days. Next, set your destination: give yourself permission to create a new possibility such as, "I give myself permission to work-out after work" and then choose how shifting this habit will have a positive impact in your life, such as, "I will now have energy to do things I love."
