This interactive workshop invites participants to explore pleasure, boundaries, communication, and consent as ongoing practices of self-discovery. How do we know what we want? How do we recognize our limits in the moment? How do we communicate with confidence, generosity, and care? And what happens when we get it wrong?
Drawing on techniques developed within the field of intimacy choreography, Dr. K. Frances Lieder guides participants through a series of embodied exercises designed to build self-awareness, strengthen communication skills, and deepen trust in ourselves and others. Together, we'll explore how to identify and express our desires without shame, establish boundaries with clarity and joy, navigate power dynamics thoughtfully, and approach mistakes as opportunities for learning rather than failure.
Whether you're single, partnered, dating, exploring, or simply curious, this workshop offers practical tools for creating more authentic, pleasurable, and connected relationships—with others and with yourself.
